এই শর্তাবলীগুলো MRK Lifestyle Outfits-এর পক্ষ থেকে পরিচালিত সকল কেনাকাটার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। আপনি যদি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক পেইজ বা WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে অর্ডার করেন, তাহলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে আপনি আমাদের শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
2. পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা :

প্রতিটি পণ্য স্টক অনুযায়ী সরবরাহ করা হয়।
পণ্যের ছবির সঙ্গে বাস্তব পণ্যের রঙ বা ডিজাইনে কিছুটা ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে আলোর কারণে।
3. মূল্য নির্ধারণ :

সব পণ্যের মূল্য ওয়েবসাইট বা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় উল্লিখিত দামে বিক্রি করা হবে।
MRK Lifestyle Outfits & Cosmetics যেকোনো সময় মূল্য পরিবর্তন বা ডিসকাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
4. অর্ডার ও কনফার্মেশন :

অর্ডার কনফার্মের জন্য আপনার নাম, ঠিকানা ও মোবাইল নম্বর সঠিকভাবে দিতে হবে।
অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করা যাবে না (বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে)।
5. ডেলিভারি :

ঢাকার মধ্যে ২-৩ কার্যদিবস, ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৫ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ এলাকার উপর নির্ভর করে।
কাস্টমার ডেলিভারির সময় ফোন রিসিভ না করলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
6. পেমেন্ট শর্তাবলী :

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট ও ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য।
প্রি-পেমেন্ট অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের জন্য স্ক্রিনশট পাঠানো বাধ্যতামূলক।
7. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ :

শুধু ত্রুটিযুক্ত বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট প্রাপ্ত হলে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য।
রিটার্নের সময় পণ্যের ট্যাগ, প্যাকেজ ও রশিদ অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
অন্তর্বাস বা কাস্টম ডিজাইন প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়।
8. দায়বদ্ধতা সীমা (Limitation of Liability) :

MRK Lifestyle Outfits & Cosmetics কোনো রকম সরাসরি বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না যদি তা অর্ডার সম্পর্কিত অনিচ্ছাকৃত ত্রুটির কারণে হয়।
ওয়েবসাইট বা প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রদর্শিত তথ্য ও ছবির সামান্য তফাতের জন্য MRK দায়ী নয়।
9. নীতি পরিবর্তনের অধিকার :

These terms apply to all purchases made from MRK Lifestyle Outfits. By placing an order through our website, Facebook page, or WhatsApp, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.

2. Product Availability :

Products are supplied based on stock availability.
Actual product color or design may vary slightly due to lighting or display settings.

3. Pricing :

All products will be sold at the prices listed on our website or social media platforms.
MRK Lifestyle Outfits & Cosmetics reserves the right to change prices or cancel discounts at any time.

4. Orders and Confirmation :

You must provide accurate name, address, and mobile number for order confirmation.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled unless approved by customer service.

5. Delivery :

Delivery within Dhaka usually takes 2–3 working days, and outside Dhaka 3–5 working days.
Delivery charges vary depending on location.
If the customer does not answer the phone during delivery attempts, the order may be canceled.

6. Payment Terms :

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers.
For pre-payments, a payment screenshot is required for order confirmation.

7. Returns and Exchanges:

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect products.
Original tags, packaging, and receipts must remain intact for returns.
Returns or exchanges are not applicable for innerwear or custom-made items.

8. Limitation of Liability:

MRK Lifestyle Outfits & Cosmetics is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss caused by accidental issues related to orders.
Minor differences between displayed photos and actual products are not considered faults.
